Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Return and refund eligibility 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Used products are not eligible for return nor refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days if the item received is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If it is determined that the item is defective or damaged a full refund will be issued.

Start a return request
To start a return request, you email hola@buypadelgear.com with your name, email address, and order number. Customer support will respond in 1 business day to confirm the request.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Returns must be sent to 1133 102nd Street Unit #702, Bay Harbor Islands, FL 33154.

Return shipping cost is to be paid by the customer returning the package. BuyPadelGear.com will not pay for shipping to return orders.

Exchanges
Products that qualify for returns (unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging) also qualify for an exchange. To start an exchange request, you email hola@buypadelgear.com with your name, email address, and order number. Customer support will respond in 1 business day to confirm the request.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refund process
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

If more than 3 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us using the Contact Us form at the bottom of this page.
