Order Processing
Once you place an order, our team begins preparing your items for shipment right away.
- Processing time: 0-1 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
- Order confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirming your order as soon as it’s placed.
- Shipping confirmation: As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey. You can also email hola@buypadelgear.com anytime to request a delivery status of your order.
Shipping Options & Rates
We offer fast and reliable shipping across the United States. We do not ship products outside of the United States. BuyPadelGear.com currently offers free USPS Ground Advantage shipping for all orders. Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days after order processing.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment. If you have a customer account, you can also log in anytime to check your order status and shipping updates.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high seasonal demand. We’ll always do our best to keep you informed and get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team by emailing hola@buypadelgear.com within 3 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Non-Delivery
If your order does not arrive, please contact our support team by emailing hola@buypadelgear.com. We will respond within 24 business hours to ensure the order is delivered or issue a full refund.
