Once you place an order, our team begins preparing your items for shipment right away.

Processing time: 0-1 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)

Order confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirming your order as soon as it’s placed.

Shipping confirmation: As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately to ensure faster delivery.

We offer fast and reliable shipping across the United States. We do not ship products outside of the United States. Shipping rates will be calculated and presented at check out.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high seasonal demand. We’ll always do our best to keep you informed and get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team using the Contact Us form at the bottom of this page within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, will will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
